Battery troubleshooting shouldn t be the area to look.

I have the same problem with my alta hr.
I have attempted to reset the fitbit with no resolution.

My alta hr has a solid green light whether i am wearing it or not.
Now it s on constantly and drains the battery.
If this isn t the case you can also try changing the setting to off sync your tracker then change it back to auto additionally to restarting it.
It looses charge in less than 24 hours.
Like usaf larry said the green lights are part of the heart rate sensor and will be on all the time if you have the on setting for the hr.
I have been reading your help fourms and i see that the blinking green light is a issue with a few fitbit products.
The green sensor lights never go off whether i am wearing my fitbit or not.
It is still on at night because it will track your sleep better.
I have turned off the heart rate option and the green light remains solid.
